How long does shipping take?
NEW ZEALAND - 5 - 12 business days
NSW - Metro: up to 2 business days
EXPRESS DELIVERY - Next day delivery within Australia when orders are made before 12pm.

We ship within Australia and now to New Zealand
I need to change my shipping address?
You will need to contact the courier company directly and discuss with them about changing your shipping address.
How can i track my order?
Allow 1-2 business days from purchasing your items, for your entire order to be dispatched and the shipping details confirmed by email, once your items have been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.
What if i receive the wrong item?
Simply email us Info@lalacothing.com.au and we will sort this out for you.
Can i return an item if i chose the wrong size?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong choice of size, colour or change of mind.
What if i received a faulty item?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you will need to contact us via email so a refund can be issued. You may be asked to provide pictures of clothing showing faults/ damage.
How do i know my size?
All clothing have sizing charts in products descriptions. All sizing charts are measured in cm.
